By scheduling service with Truck It Junk Removal, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
All pricing provided by Truck It Junk Removal is based on the estimated volume, weight, labor required, access conditions, and disposal fees at the time of the quote.Quotes are estimates, not guaranteed prices.
Final pricing may change if:
1. The actual volume or weight exceeds the estimate
2. Additional trips are required
3. Items are heavier, denser, or require more labor than expected
4. Access conditions differ from what was described (stairs, distance, tight access, etc.)
Any price adjustments will be communicated before work is completed whenever possible.
Pricing includes more than dump or recycling fees alone. Your service rate may include:
1. Labor and loading
2. Truck and trailer usage
3. Fuel and transportation
4. Disposal, recycling, and environmental fees
5. Equipment, insurance, and operational costs
6. Dump receipts may reflect only disposal fees, not the full scope of services provided.
Quotes are often based on an estimated number of loads or trips.
If the job requires additional trips due to volume, weight, or safety limits, additional charges may apply. Truck capacity and legal weight limits must be followed for safety and compliance.
If the customer assists with loading or preparation, pricing adjustments may be offered at our discretion. However:
1. Truck, transportation, disposal, and operational costs still apply
2. Customer participation does not guarantee a reduced rate beyond what is agreed upon
1. Payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing
2. Accepted forms of payment include cash, credit/debit card, or other approved methods
3. Unpaid balances may result in additional fees or collection efforts
1. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation or trip fee
2. Rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible
For safety and legal reasons, we may refuse to remove certain items, including but not limited to:
1. Hazardous materials
2.Chemicals, solvents, or asbestos
3. Explosives or pressurized containers
4. Biohazardous waste
If restricted items are discovered onsite, service may be paused or canceled.
The customer is responsible for ensuring clear and safe access to items being removed. Truck It Junk Removal is not responsible for:
1. Pre-existing damage
2. Damage caused by unsafe or undisclosed conditions
3. Items removed that were intended to be kept if not clearly identified beforehand
We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe, misleading, or outside the scope of the agreed service.
We aim to provide professional, fair, and transparent service.
If you have concerns, they must be raised at the time of service or immediately upon completion so they can be addressed promptly.
Governing LawThese Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which the service is provided.
